It is so difficult to change our emotions using thoughts alone – try ‘thinking yourself to peace’ when experiencing intense anxiety or chronic stress. Through this course, you will learn to calm your flight and fight processes, reduce the level of cortisol in your system and nurture a sense of peace and security. Deep breathing has also been found to reduce physical pain – learning to use the breath is a very powerful tool.
